DPMeters as a company warrants that its products meet the manufacturers specifications prior to dispatch.
Customers must ensure that the products they have ordered and received are fit for the purpose intended by any practicable means or testing.
If any defect or failure of a product is noted by the customer within the manufacturers warranty period of the product it must be returned immediately and DPMeters informed in writting within 7days of this occurence. Failures or defects caused by inappropriate use or error
will be deemed to be the customers responsibility, any replacement or refund sought will be charged against the customer.
Liability in the event of any claim against warranty shall be limited to the paid price for the products or service provided.
